Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist

The Position We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the clinical team. This role is essential to both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing high-quality respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing for patients of all age groups.
Employment Details
- Status: Full-time.
- Hours: 72–80 hours per two-week pay period.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing (PFTs, Stress Tests, and EKGs) for patients across the lifespan.
- Operate and maintain various types of respiratory equipment.
- Educate patients and families regarding respiratory diseases, medications, and care plans.
- Assist in developing successful discharge plans.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed by the State of Montana.
- Certifications: Current BLS certification; must have or obtain NRP and ACLS within the first six months of employment.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
